Environmental allergies are a common yet often misunderstood condition that can significantly impact your quality of life. These allergies occur when your immune system overreacts to substances in your environment that are usually harmless. Common environmental allergens include pollen, dust mites, mold spores, and pet dander.

A stuffy or runny nose is one of the most common symptoms.

Your eyes may feel irritated or excessively watery

Frequent sneezing is a typical response to airborne allergens.

An allergic reaction can trigger coughing, especially when your throat is irritated.

Living with environmental allergies can be challenging, especially when symptoms interfere with daily activities.
Allergies can disrupt your sleep, affect your concentration, and reduce your overall sense of well-being. In severe cases, untreated allergies can lead to complications such as sinus infections, asthma, or chronic fatigue.
